Overall it's pretty good. It comes with the typical loose bolts and the fuse box just thrown under the seat. The swing motor bolts co.e loose if you don't locktite them in. The RATO 739 that came in mine runs well however it does not like 100+ heat. The travel control rods should have been placed closer together but I bent them to be that way on mine and I built foot pedals. The boom cracked at the corners of the hole where the hoses go inside of it up to the bucket so I plated it. There are several guys that had this happen. Mine is an early model and there are no cylinder guards so I'll build those as well. I am happy with the size, it's no a tiny toy.
